We will incorporate the justified objection that, despite overhead cost periods deviating from the calendar year, the annual review in the overhead cost analysis will be incorporated in the short term.

Stahl, Friedemann: I'll reinterpret your point to the effect that we should introduce as a feature that a new overhead period is always created at the turn of the (business) year. Then we could always receive the annual evaluation, even if there are several overhead periods in one year.

Arne Semmler: It works for me now. What you wrote on 16/8 was the mistake, i.e. on my side. An overhead period at the turn of the fiscal year/year independent of other time periods would be great. That's the way I've set it for myself now, i.e. no further periods of time, as there will be problems then.
However, you are talking about the financial year. For us, for example, this is different from the calendar year. That would of course be a huge feature if you could set it, even in general!!! Ours always starts on 1.7.
Arne Semmler
Stahl, Friedemann: Interesting. As you already estimate, the fiscal year is actually a “huge” special feature. However, even when it comes to small points, we always want to make sure that we build them in such a way that the “retrofitting” of a financial year that differs from the calendar year is not unnecessarily impeded. That's why I've already formulated it this way for our developers ;-)

January seems to be back, but please separate the years 2022 and 2023. Thank you

Ulrike Seifert: That doesn't work for us yet.

Stahl, Friedemann, Ulrike Seifert: What is displayed here depends on what is set up in the Office->Costs->Overhead Charges tab. If sub-year periods are set up here, exactly these periods are also offered in the selection under “Analyze overhead costs”. In my opinion, there is no bug in projo - in any case, I wasn't able to reproduce one:
