I noticed an annoying bug/(feature) from projo today. I wanted to create a package deal for an AG based on the HOAI; to do this, I created a HOAI calculator and then manually adjusted the values in the offer (for quite a few entries...) to a “round” value for the lump sum. That was also right up to the preview.
Unfortunately, Projo thinks that when “submitting an offer”, he has to exchange all values according to the HOAI computer. I think that is neither logical nor correct: if there is the option to manually exchange values, then they should in no case be overwritten by the software automatically.
In the course of the changes, projo suggests to me that I would have changed the value myself.
Now my question: Did I check something wrong (I wouldn't know where)?
How can I even create a lump sum offer with round numbers if Projo rewrites the values when the offer is submitted?
//Addendum: If I now “correct” the offer, Projo is no longer abusive and does not change any values. When I adjust the basic fee in the fee calculator (which, however, does not calculate the values per LPH that I actually wanted calculated... but still outputs round values), it does not automatically overwrite anything anymore.
