If you create an expense calculator in an offer, this cannot normally be edited in the offer until this is allowed manually. However, this lock does not affect the descriptions of a phase.

If the offer in the offer calculator is now changed, the description is also transferred back to the offer according to the offer calculator. We have already lost a few entries here, as offers may be processed by several people.

In our opinion, the default lock should also include the description to prevent this error.
