If additional public holidays are assigned a factor, e.g. 24.12 with 0.5 as half a holiday, then a full day of vacation is calculated in the case of a vacation request for 24/12 with an hour, e.g. 4 hours for half a vacation day.

If you omit the hour information and simply apply for a vacation day, projo calculates half a vacation day.
