If a special service is created as an individual price (flat rate) in the HOAI calculator, it is still linked to the eligible costs. However, lump sum services do not change if the eligible costs are adjusted. This connection must be disconnected.

Hi Fritz, Felix! We were able to reproduce that, thanks for the tip. As a workaround until you change behavior in projo, I recommend that you create the special service as an individual service outside the fee calculator. This reliably circumvents the behavior you described:
