Entering a break once is enough

Isabel why “complete”? You still have to enter a 2x break.

To be more specific, the following example:
When recording time, a woman has
a) Times booked on services (working time in projo language) > 10 h
b) Times booked on break (in projo language break) > 0.75h
10 hours are shown as working time. The legally required break time of 0.75 hours is met. Therefore, there is no warning message.
In the higher-level “gray box”, there is the following contradiction:
If the setting “Coming and going is mandatory”, it is mandatory to enter coming; leaving has so far been possible additional information (seemingly without any further effect or link).
The time frame of a total of 10 hours, i.e. 6:30-16:30 manually entered in the gray box, corresponds to the recorded working time, not the sum of the recorded times (working time+break). That would result in 6:30-17:15. The time frame should result from the recorded working hours+breaks (wherever entered) or a “red flag” should be shown in the event of a discrepancy.

Double break entry
E
Edler, Christoph
Currently, a break can be entered both with “Come & Go” and with classic working hours bookings. This is very irritating... From our point of view, it would be nicer if it was only entered in Come & Go.
Arne Semmler
Taking up the suggestion of le Coutre, Luca, a compromise could be that projo enters as a proposal the sum of the breaks entered in the benefit registration when coming and going. This could then currently still be overwritten by the person making the booking or by the personnel administration. We are currently thinking about including optional blocks here as well (that, for example, users cannot change this value themselves if this is set centrally; with this setting, employees would then be forced to book their breaks in detail in order to see a break time when coming and going). This would make it possible to meet both the requirements of Kathrin Tust and Birte Dieterich - because they contradict each other if I read that correctly...

Keep coming and going.

Please the 1st when coming and going, because we should comply with the break regulations
Arne Semmler
Kathrin Tust: Projo does not yet have an evaluation for this, but this would in principle be possible if breaks in performance times were recorded in detail, but not if only recorded in “Coming and Going”.
Arne Semmler
In your opinion, which recording should be “abolished” - the one when recording working time (“coming & going”) or the one when recording the performance time which, for example, also makes it possible to record the exact start and end of each break and thus in principle also makes it possible, for example, to monitor compliance with working time rules (at least 0.5 hour break in total in at least 15 minute slices, etc.)?

Arne Semmler When “Coming” and “Going”, a sum of the break entered during “Performance time” could automatically appear.
Birgit Pfisterer
If the “Coming & Going” setting is set, the period in between is calculated as working time, unless you enter a break time in addition to Coming & Going.
The break time entered via “+ new working time booking” is not taken into account; the message 1h is not assigned.
The “double” recording option should either be linked or recording should only be possible in one way.
