Mark billed hourly payments

We would like to visibly mark hours that have already been billed. Preferably directly in the time tab. Alternatively, it is possible to implement it by activating the function “Mark AZ as a 'customer change. '” However, you then have to cumbersome click on the time postings of the individual MA and check the box.

A first version has now been implemented that can be filtered according to the working hours that have not yet been billed in the contract:

We are trying to implement it for the first time. A link which time booking was used in which invoice is already technically available internally. We would display this link in step 1 in the Times tab. In the Times tab, we would then also offer the option of setting or removing such a link/mark manually as a second step. The third step is to generate the invoice in the “Time Journal” attachment with the option to select and deselect hours for the invoice. By default, projo would then set the filter “from date to day one after the billing period of the last invoice. However, this filter could be moved to include older (e.g. rebooked) hours. In the same way, you should be able to deselect hours here and, as before, be able to add hours freely. We will implement the individual steps one by one. “Planned” applies here initially to steps 1 and 2.

Hi Yannick Böhm! I suppose that you imagine that projo automatically marks the time entries that it has already used for a time journal of a time calculation generated automatically with projo? Should this check box disappear again if this time booking was subsequently changed?

Hi Arne Semmler, that would certainly be the most elegant solution. We just don't issue invoices via Projo as before. Our employees book special services during this phase, we select the period to be invoiced and then export all hours incurred. An Excel macro then presses into the office template every hour. Anyway, it would simply be good if you could then see at a glance in the time table which hours were billed last. Maybe you simply get a button below the list if you select times, which then allows you to mark them.
I have no opinion on the second question. It's probably rare for us.

Böhm, Yannick: Hi, I'd love that too. Meanwhile, we often make do with moving the billed hours into a separate benefit, which we then call special benefit 01.01.-31.02.2023, etc.

Johannes Pfau: I know that other customers do this too. Especially for hours that the client removed from the last bill, which they want to refrain from billing in the future. It is also possible to define a user-defined service status for such services in order to control whether the services appear in the next invoice or not. This goes under Settings->Projects->Performance Status
