This is probably due to the fact that the employee has no capacity of her own this month.
If she had the whole month off, the presentation would be the same.
It is therefore not a matter of vacation versus maternity leave
but whether there would be any capacity for projects at all.
We would change now
that the capacity cell is shown in gray in this case.
Does that fit?
