The vacation of employees should be approved by the project managers.
However, in the office area/employees/absence/vacation requests/applied for, the absence is greyed out for data protection reasons.
If the vacation is approved, you can recognize the type of absence in the title in the pop-up/overlay.
The vacations can also be seen in the personal area absence calendar.
From our point of view, it would make sense if the absence of “vacation” was always visible by the approving person/for his project team.
Or did I miss something?
