Absence quotas are optionally not cumulative and linked to the period

The function of absence quotas has recently been expanded in projo.
It is possible to create person-specific absence quotas for each type of absence. The intervals in which the quota builds up can be differentiated here between year/month/week.
The quotas currently work cumulatively - i.e. after two periods, the claim has doubled.
From our point of view, it would be useful to be able to choose between the cumulative claim and the period-based claim here.
For example, the following functionality could be shown in the period-related claim:
A working time of 30h/week has been agreed for a part-time employee with the option to distribute the work in such a way that the person can have 2 days/month off. However, these days should be set at the beginning of the month so that this can be taken into account accordingly when planning work (meetings, etc.).
The quota is not transferable and only applies to one period (in this case one month)
The quota is therefore only available during the period, is not transferable and not cumulative.
