It would be good if an additional field could be set up for retirement planning. 
Currently, only one value can be entered for economics but not for company pension plans.
A field with start, employer share and insurance name would be very helpful

The fields for company pension plan must first be activated in the settings (under Employees). But then they already existed before. Now the two fields you want have been added: Start and Insurance Name:
