Under Settings/Employees, you can choose whether the cost progress is displayed when booking working hours or not.
From our point of view, it would be nice to be able to choose this even higher per project for each service or at least per contract.
background:
In some projects, we use performance days for project evaluation/controlling. Here, various titles/contract services are summarized and evaluated together. This always comes into play when the time recording cannot be accurately recorded, or when we decide not to try it because the relationship between effort and benefit does not make sense (How can I write down the hours correctly, for example, if the contract distinguishes between old building and new building, but we only look at the TGA concept, fire protection concept, etc. in context? Or supplementary items have been commissioned which include services from the past, but we can no longer isolate the hours booked here, etc., of which constellations are many).
In such cases, performance dates make controlling easier for us, as the deployment budgets (targets) can simply be summarized and “controlled” here. However, in such a case, the deployment budgets of the individual benefit items are not meaningful and may therefore lead to a false impression among employees (project result too positive -> we can increase the team; project result too negative -> oh man, how frustrating.) Neither is so good.
