With the AZ setting “Coming & going is mandatory”, an input field for breaks appears in addition to the input field for coming and going time. If nothing is entered for break, projo assumes that the entire period is working time.

Example: Start 08:00, end 18:00, (corresponds to 10 hours). Working time booking 9 hours on projects, 1 hour break > projo reports 1 hour of working time not allocated. projo recognizes breaks as such, but does not automatically assign them. Automatic “recognition” and allocation (gray bar) would be great, as long as the information is not omitted here.

The entry for the start and end of the AZ should not be displayed unless set that way.

Example: If coming & going and break time are entered in the gray bar, start and end are entered per AZ and all AZ are assigned, a break can no longer be assigned.

Ideally, only Coming & Going are provided with an input field and AZ as well as breaks are entered via the +button. The recorded AZ and, if recorded, the break time can then be displayed in the gray bar.
