Make working time models more flexible (trainees) - every two weeks

For example, if employees only have one day off every 2 weeks or half a day, I am currently unable to enter this.
The vacation days should then also be adjusted automatically.
Is there already a possibility?
Arne Semmler
Uta Simon: Unfortunately not at the moment, this must currently be entered manually in the vacation time account as a change. But that is exactly what this Canny point is about, offering an automated way to do this.

Allow fixed days for part-time contracts for working students. Target hours are only reduced if the specified working day is on a public holiday. Both options should be available here. In particular, the option of target working hours without a fixed allocation of working days.

We have employees who have a fixed day off every other week. This cannot be reflected in hours/contract data. The vacation must be calculated manually and added as a makeshift. The team also does not see when they are there and when they are not and this leads to inaccuracies in the time recording. We would be grateful for a solution.

The topic also concerns dual students. Changing working hours also include the presentation of block lessons/vacation periods during which full work is carried out, etc.

And also the option of working a different day every 2 weeks, for example.

The same applies to some employees who are free every 2 weeks on Fridays, for example. Of course, it would be great if you could present something like this flexibly.

Yes, that's the way it works, we've handled it that way up to now. My suggestion would be more elegant, as it would then be displayed accordingly in the calendar.

This is actually not so systematic right now, but there is the possibility that you can override the target hours per specific date.
And you can allow part-time employees to swap days, i.e. swap the scheduled hours of two days.
Perhaps this is enough?
