Defining weekly working hours under contract information

Hello, we always have to work different hours per week (every 2 weeks) but also at the turn of the month. Unfortunately, these weekly working hours can only be set for ONE week at a time, but to correctly calculate vacation entitlements and target working hours, it would be helpful to be able to define them over several weeks. Ideally, it would be possible to choose between the definition of one week, two weeks or 4 weeks in order to be able to clearly represent all working time models.

Hi, this is also the case here with us and is a “problem” that has been known for a long time, for which there was already a point here that (unfortunately) has not yet been implemented. However, as an alternative, booking 50% of the scheduled hours (with one day/week off) per week, which has been the >recommendation so far, there are not insignificant deviations over the year (if these days overlap with public holidays, holidays, etc.). Since we have discovered this, the affected employees are therefore making a manual correction (which should actually no longer be necessary if possible) and there have always been around 20-30 too many minus hours in the year, which then have to be manually corrected at the turn of the year so far.
We would therefore very much like to expressly endorse Mr Schmidt's suggestion once again and would be delighted to find a solution.
