Outgoing invoice - improve the presentation of hourly performance/levels

In outgoing invoices, hourly payments are presented as benefit groups due to the underlying billing rates, which means that these are presented more prominently than other benefits at the same level. The presentation/technical implementation should be adjusted for better clarity:
