Evaluation of hours from offer/actual hours worked

I miss an evaluation to compare the calculated hours and the actual time spent.
We work more frequently with hour-based offers, which are calculated as time and effort. A simple comparison of the hours calculated in the offer with the hours actually worked would be very helpful. Many project managers are guided by the times of supply, but the imputed hours sometimes distort the comparison.
So far, in the cost analysis of a project, only hours actually worked can be compared with the order amount. In addition to costs, a pure time analysis would be helpful. A simple comparison of the calculated hours with the actual hours worked would be very helpful!

Hi Sophie, we feel the same way. We are currently making do with the adjustment of the deployment budget. We convert the imputed hourly office rate in relation to the agreed hourly rate and adjust the working budget so that the imputed hours correspond to the calculated hours. Of course, an additional column would still be super helpful.
