Also number the attached attachments in the outgoing invoice

It would be great if attachments attached to the invoice could also be numbered in the invoice document and not just the attachments created in projo.

Hi Sabrina - yes that would be consistent, but unfortunately it is not entirely technically trivial. We'll keep it in mind though!
