The “Create and change projects/contracts” permission allows full access to the contract.

However, at least in our case, project managers are generally only entrusted with operational tasks and assess performance levels, performance periods and performance status.

However, in order to be able to do this, they currently need the permission “Create and change projects/contracts”.

From our point of view, it would be right to separate the issues that concern the update of the contract at operational level from the contract amendment.

Accordingly, “Change performance status” would have to be removed from the “Create and change projects/contracts” authorization.
