When creating internal office fields, there should be an option for sorting. Furthermore, better changeability of the individual fields in the settings would be desirable. For example, an entire field must always be deleted and created again if you want to change the field type. It is also not possible to add any further selection options later if you have selected this field option.

At present, the internal office fields can also be changed/deleted by employees - can this be switched off? I don't understand why employees should be able to change or delete the information I have entered again.

Karola Papenhusen We use the internal office fields, e.g. for project profiles. There, team members or project management should continuously enter the current project data such as living space, costs, etc. It is therefore very important for us that these fields are visible to everyone and that the information can also be changed.
