Hide office-wide lists individually

For different users, different views of projects, employees, outgoing invoices, etc. make sense.
We are currently happy to use the function to make lists accessible throughout the office.
Although users can arrange these in order, they cannot be hidden.
However, we would find this useful, as it would increase clarity, as all employees would only see the “office-wide” lists and personal lists that are important to them

Jan Holländer Can you please give an example of how you use such a list?

Good morning Harbig, Felix,
In principle, the project overview, the employee overview and also the overviews of incoming and outgoing invoices can be individually filtered.
Since we have established management teams in our office that have different responsibilities and tasks and consist of several people, we create lists here that we share “office-wide” so that the people responsible for this can use a set of the same lists.
We find that very helpful.
However, this may mean that not all shared views are of interest to some employees in a management team. And I would like to give them the opportunity to hide shared lists.
One more comment about the shared lists - employees who in principle have no access rights to the information shared in the lists do not receive it via the shared lists, which is correct.
