arc: The tasks in the individual checklists should be assigned to employees/MA categories instead of the list being assigned to the employees as a whole (and the assignment by MA categories would also be helpful here).

Simon Winkler: Yes, we're considering removing the feature from the product as soon as we can offer integration with teams, etc. For this reason, we are not currently prioritizing development at this point.

In addition, an “annual review” should be offered for recurring checklists.

It would also be important that the person who triggered the checklist receives feedback on the processing status. In addition, it should be possible to group the individual tasks together under headings, because some workflows are more complex and must be clearly divided (running text is confusing there).
