The new data warehouse is now the basis for all major evaluations. As a result, evaluations can now generally be developed more easily and efficiently. We will soon collect and review the Canny points again for evaluations in order to then implement the most-voted ones on the new technical basis. So if you still have suggestions, it's best to check whether they are available in the existing Canny points for evaluations and vote on them ;-)

A short interim report on the development of the new data warehouse.
The structure is ready and is already filled with data.
The data warehouse is a summarization hierarchy:
example:
At the lowest level, we save the number of working hours per employee and month. If you want to know an employee's working hours per year, we no longer have to add up all time bookings, but can access the data that has already been summarized per month.
The situation is similar with the contract and the project.
Here is a graphic of the summarization hierarchy.
We are currently working on resolving small differences in the densifications.
For example, outgoing invoices and incoming invoices can also be created without a contract. Only the DataWarehouse expects this information per contract. At the last UserGroup, it was therefore said that we can always make it mandatory that invoices must be assigned to a contract.
Now that this is implemented, the next step would be
to install the new DataWarehouse at various points in projo.
For example, project controlling should build on the new DataWarehouse. This would also provide a drill-down option so that discrepancies can be identified more quickly.
