Currently, in projo, each person has their own direct cost rate. This can be defined in the “Office->Costs->Direct Costs->Direct Cost Rates” overview. It would be nice to be able to group by employee categories and then be able to see both the average salary and the resulting average cost rate, as well as to be able to define it collectively for the employee category (the variance from the mixed cost rate calculated by the project would then be displayed instead of the individual variance).
