What is the intention to remove documents again?

I don't think it makes sense for employees to simply delete documents, as these may (must) serve as proof. Fare receipts, for example and in my opinion, would even be important, as they should probably be refunded free of tax and social security and must therefore be kept for any checks.

If documents have been uploaded by mistake, they can be deleted from a central location. That shouldn't happen so often.

This had already happened to me in our team, then I simply deleted the document in presence.
