Separate tabs for sub-contractor costs and additional costs

There is currently a check mark “Use external costs”, which you can use to display the “External costs” tab. This tab then comprises two sub-tabs: 1) Subcontractors and 2) Additional costs.
Ulrike prefers two hooks:
1) Use subcontractors: a subcontractor tab is added
2) Use additional costs: a utility tab is added.
The selection “Use continuous items” only appears when “2) Use additional costs” is checked.
@arne: This potentially increases the number of riders. What do you think of that?

I would also consider this option to be good! However, only if it is possible to include the additional project costs in the statement

I find the suggestion to look at subcontractors separately, as this is a different “world” and also requires a completely different type of care (including by project managers). However, it is not clear to me why ancillary costs and continuous items cannot be placed in one tab with two sub-riders. We would have to try out how it works with so many riders, since we now also have other tabs such as Analyze Costs, etc. that did not exist before, I now find it quite a “cavalry”.
I think we would have to think more carefully about which tabs you can summarize sensibly - or whether it is easier to use if you have many tabs that you gradually switch on...
