On wider screens, the trash can icon is quite far away from the title of the entries. It can easily happen that instead of deleting the top entry, you suddenly delete all entries of the day because you have clicked on the trash can icon on the title line. A thicker dividing line between the title line and the lines of the entries would be helpful.
