Uniform presentation of time recording

When displaying time recording from month to month, we would like to see a consistent presentation of the columns and their contents, so that, of course, columns remain empty in some months. However, it would be easier to understand for the overview and recording of the content (even compared to the other months).

Gladly Jan: Our request was for “always uniform and the same column presentation for all employees and months” of the AZ account and not “individually depending on the entry.” Depending on an employee's entry, “variable” columns currently appear, e.g.: “training/seminar”, “vacation”, “is not compensated”, “parental leave”, etc.) or are omitted when “not used.”

Stefanie Canenbley Got it. That's probably important for XLS exports, isn't it?
Or I would like it if the XLS export always had all/the same columns, that would make it easier here, if necessary, to merge the individual exports, right?

Could you explain that in more detail? I have not yet understood what the specific issue is. Thank you
