Deployment planning projects as an LPH schedule in project overview
complete

We need an overview of the entire year (and more) of how the projects and deployment planning/ schedules (LPH) work and what the workload of employees looks like accordingly. We are currently doing this with another program (Merlin) and therefore have an overview of the workload of our team in the respective LPH and capacities over all projects and years.
We will miss this overview very much, the assignment planning projects at Projo “only” shows the overview of full-time employees, this is currently not available to us. It would be useful to present the LPH/ workloads. Since this is already linked anyway. It is error-prone and time-consuming to transfer the respective deployment planning back to another program for an overview.
Please vote for it:) it would be great and useful to be able to display this in Projo!

In any case, the benefits should be continued. Increase the distance above and below the projects slightly (whiteSpace).

Now the lines of benefits are lower. Is it a better fit now?

Benedikt Voigt: Pretty good! I think it could be even narrower, but it is certainly subjective. Spontaneously, I would like a button with which you can unfold all services at once:).

A first variant has now been implemented.
Is it best for you to give feedback on this Canny point as to whether this fits the bill or what needs to be improved?
For example, we had asked ourselves whether the many unplanned services should be displayed or should be omitted.

Benedikt Voigt: Great, that was quick, thanks. I would make the lines of benefits significantly lower. Otherwise, the overview is limited. It's all about seeing as much as possible at once (without scrolling).

Benedikt Voigt: Thank you so much for tackling this quickly! We will get back to our project management team next week at the latest.

As a first step, we would make it possible for the services below a project to be opened - but our presentation will then first (as for the projects) show the full-time equivalents per service. If no capacity planning was made, no bar would be visible.

I do it the same way and I wish that too:)
