We would like to be able to mark mobile working directly in time recording to avoid triple entries in time recording, absence and Outlook.
We had raised the topic before and we are currently discussing it again, as we can do sequences of home office - office - home office, for example.
The option to set up “mobile working” via the “Absences” tab is now also possible by the hour, which is certainly a good thing.
But for the organization as a whole, this means three basic entries for us:
  1. Time recording in time recording
  2. Absence recording for mobile work (all day or by the hour)
  3. The entry in Outlook
It would be ideal if it was possible to be able to set the airplane symbol (z.B, a house) or a checkmark directly in time recording, just as when traveling, to mark mobile working in accordance with the activity entries.
