The information shown to calculate vacation days in the Absence tab is not easily comprehensible to the individual.

Despite specifying a period of employment that is not a full year, information on the total vacation entitlement per year is provided instead of converting this to the specified period of employment (cf. Excel screenshot). It would be great to present this in a more transparent and comprehensible way!
