Projo currently only offers a single field for recording the process or the acceptance of the warranty. In practical application, however, this is not enough, as our contracts often include several trades, each of which has different warranty periods. These cannot currently be stored or managed separately, which significantly limits transparency and evaluation options.
Our needs:
Our need is to significantly expand warranty management. We need the option to store several warranty periods, several warranty periods and several acceptance dates within a contract. Furthermore, a filter function would be important for the warranty period.
advantages:
The implementation has clear advantages: improved control and evaluation through rapid filter functions instead of manual contract review, greater transparency through structured deadline entry and time savings through less manual work, and better planning for rework and complaints.
