Our wish would be a kind of early warning system: would an employee's registered hours match the new level of performance within one month. Preferably across projects (a diagram where all of the employee's projects are displayed). Idea: For time-tested projects, the score is 100%, as every hour worked is paid. HOAI projects compare how the performance level has changed and how many hours has the employee booked for the project. Pay weighting should be considered (expensive and cheaper employees). The increase in LS should be equivalent to the hours worked. In this way, it is possible to constantly check whether employees are making sufficient progress on the project.
