Major phases: booking on partial services
Benedikt Voigt
Markus: For example, if you were only commissioned for phase 5 and this has a very large order amount, you would like to plan and book partial services.
Projo's suggestion is to implement this through two functions:
1) You should be able to convert a phase with, for example, 10 partial services into a sub-project with 10 services. As a result, every partial service (now performance) can be planned, planned and controlled.
2) It must be possible to mark a sub-project that the underlying services are not listed in the invoice.

It is also important that if, for example, the eligible costs change, the bookable partial services are also adjusted as a percentage.

Suggestion from Bernhard Kehrer: It would be important that this could also be implemented centrally for a project/contract.

Step 1 would be to make it possible to click on one of the partial services and then evaluate it within a service phase.

Can we return to this point?

Feil, Claudia: Here is another example of what it looks like from an employee's point of view when booking working time:

We would also very much welcome booking for partial services. We also sometimes reduce the fee by not carrying out certain partial services in coordination with the client. It would therefore be very advantageous if, when entering AZ, the employee could immediately recognize which partial services have been commissioned or have not been commissioned.

Feil, Claudia: An employee can currently recognize which partial services are commissioned if the performance phase was created with the HOAI calculator using the “use partial services” option or a partial performance table has been manually assigned
