Integration: Connect your house bank account to projo
Chris Robin Wübbeler
I have often been asked whether the business account with my own bank could not be linked to projo. The balance can be used for liquidity planning.
In addition, sales can be automatically assigned to invoice numbers in order to (partially) automatically record incoming payments in Projo.

Another voice goes to the DATEV connection!
Arne Semmler: Our data is managed in the DATEV data center.

In order to import processes such as posting incoming payments, BWA and payroll journal, a connection to DATEV would be very useful. That would save time. I can't say much about the data center because it's too specific and I'm not familiar with it.
Arne Semmler
We currently prefer reconciliation with DATEV via file exchange in DATEV format, as this would work not only with DATEV but also with other accounting programs. It would be necessary to check whether and how later a reconciliation with the DATEV data center is also required for those customers who use it. However, we currently assume that most customers/tax advisors do not use the DATEV data center “live” as standard. I am happy to receive feedback on how you are doing here (note: If you use “company online”, this does not automatically mean that your financial accounting office keeps your entire data set in the DATEV data center).

Arne Semmler We use DUO (Datev Unternehmen Online) quite intensively (also for exporting the BWA for importing into projo). This goes correctly automatically from our company credit card Pleo to Datev - including all receipts and booking records. Important for us: Book incoming payments, BWA and payroll journal

Definitely interesting as a further addition and verification of liquidity planning. So feel free to follow up.

Yes please! It requires both interfaces: Automatically mark invoices as paid and data from/to DATEV. Note: DATEV also has all transactions from the accounts, perhaps this data could also be extracted via the interface (I don't know enough about that).

I also like Jan's advice to connect Datev - this could also allow you to directly integrate payroll journal + BWA without any problems and save yourself the manual effort.

In the future, we would find a connection/interface to digital accounting/Datev more useful in terms of invoices/costs.
The connection to the bank may be considered useful with regard to the reconciliation of the account balance.
