I've been wanting a comment column on the “uploaded payroll journals” tab for a long time. Why Because you can then document fluctuations and not just explain and check them off at that moment. In this way, it would also be immediately understandable to a third party.
Example: MA had a salary increase from 09/23, probably only agreed after the salary report and receives the back payment for 09/23 in 10/23. So there is a jump in salary here, but this can be explained. From 11/23, the actual monthly salary is back to normal.
Would that be feasible please? There's nothing like comments:)
