Offers, contracts and invoices in Projo are currently structured heavily by trade (e.g. Gewerk 410 LPH 1—8, then Gewerk 420 LPH 1—8). In addition, conversion surcharges, discounts and additional costs are listed as separate items.

From our point of view, this is rather impractical for: builders, project management, controlling, hourly booking.

From our point of view, a performance phase-oriented presentation would make more sense: Especially for advance statements, it is usually relevant how far a benefit phase has progressed overall — not primarily the status of individual trades (see appendix).

In addition, we would like to:

Relinking is very complex, error-prone and barely useable in practice (overarching ancillary costs/conversion surcharges/service group headings should be linked even though you no longer want them...).

For a good process, this should be easy to select and automatically rearrange.
