If a draft reminder has been written, it is displayed in the overview of outgoing invoices, but is not marked as a draft. It is therefore not apparent that a draft reminder was not sent/confirmed. It would be good if this was made clear or if draft reminders did not appear in the overview. When in doubt, it looks as if you have already warned, but that is not the case.
