More flexibility in working time models

We have employees who are free every 2nd Friday. In other words, always alternating 5 days and 4 days per week in the working time model. This (certainly not entirely unusual) model cannot be set up in the “Employees” -> “Contract Information” -> “Weekly Working Hours” section, so that you can only switch to either 4.5 days per week or, for example, 7.2 hours per day. Both solutions have disadvantages in recording working time and in the area of overtime.
Is such a model possible?

We urgently need a tool for fine-tuning working time models. Otherwise, incorrect calculations of vacation entitlements will accumulate, which can currently only be avoided by double bookkeeping. That is pretty unsatisfactory... at 36 hours a week, for example
- alternately 4x 8h and 5x 8h (“free every 2nd Friday”)
- (automatic) calculation of vacation entitlement
