For some absences, an hour can be specified if the absence does not include the entire day. This applies to working and non-working absences.

It is already possible to combine two “working absences” or even a “working absence” and a “non-working absence”.

However, this may well be useful/ necessary, e.g. employment ban & vacation, although a full day vacation is still required here.
