Currently, settings in the personal area can only be made by employees themselves. It would be very helpful if certain settings could be set centrally and office-wide. For example, the option “Record working time in real time” could be activated uniformly for all employees. This would also be important if real-time recording is to be used as a corporate standard.
Such a central configuration would enable new employees to start directly in accordance with company-wide guidelines — without having to deal with individual settings during the onboarding phase.

Unfortunately, the real-time booking option is only available in the personal area and cannot be maintained at the ADMIN level. We regard this as a disadvantage, as incorrect bookings by employees result in significant extra work. Here we would like to be operated/activated at admin level

Hi Müller, Marie! That goes very well! We are currently on the agenda to completely move the settings for recording working time from personal settings to the office sector, as in our opinion, there are only two camps among our customers: One of them doesn't care whether all of their employees record working hours according to a uniform scheme or not. And it is important to others that everyone does it the same way.
The intersection is relatively clear: We will make these settings centralized in the future. We have just postponed settings (e.g. recording as 0.67h vs. 0:40 h).
It's interesting that you mention real-time recording. We hadn't heard yet that there was an idea here to provide this throughout the office.
We had recently considered making this a general standard even in the product (conversely, it could then only be switched off centrally, would always be on by default). But enabling is, of course, different from “forcing.” I also understand your requirement to mean that you want to enable and suggest real-time recording as a standard, but that manual addition is still possible (but no longer manual pre-entry in the future). Is that correct?

Yes exactly! Despite recording working time, the correction is currently possible in real time for the last two working days.
