In order to organize and document employee interviews, it would be useful if internal office fields could also be created here. Here, for example, salary valuations could be documented in accordance with the internal salary matrix (increases and reductions to the base salary). In order to keep an overview of developments, in our opinion, it would be useful to be able to format/create the behavior of the internal office fields as a “table” (similar to contract information) in order to be able to create a new data set (e.g. for each employee interview).
