monthly working hours and not just weekly working hours

It would be nice if you could also store the monthly working hours in the contract information in Projo. If this is necessary in individual cases. Currently, you can only enter the weekly working time and must enter days.
We have flexible employees, so it would be helpful if only the monthly hours could be stored here. Or days would not necessarily have to be entered when specifying the weekly hours.

monthly working time

The topic would remain topical.
For example, for students/mini-jobs, etc. where there is no fixed weekly working time.
For example, 20h/month is agreed without fixed days.

Hi Gaby, I would actually find that rather difficult with regard to, for example, the vacation calculation in accordance with BURLG, it has been a frequent topic of discussion with us how people who, for example, work regularly Mon-Mi but are also there “regularly” (approximately every 3rd week), for example, on Fridays, then deal with public holidays. We have considered this to be the fairest solution so that there is no “holiday picking” a la “oops, now my working day fell exactly on Easter Monday this week”, but at the same time there is no disadvantage in counting everyone's working hours - regardless of how they work flexibly - at one week from Mon-Fr. This means that there are variable working hours per month even due to the holidays and it feels funny the first time to simply leave a “working day” empty for Projo, but we found it to be the most pleasant and discussion-free method. Or did I misunderstand something?

Simon Winkler Calculating vacation is actually always a challenge for irregularly working people. I am interested in presenting those who work on a mini-job basis and who only have a short working week, which is then also regulated flexibly.
If I had the choice between entering a weekly or monthly working time in the AZ account, this would be very helpful for me.
