Add the number range settings page to determine how files are saved as PDF/Excel.

Here is an example of an invoice: I would like to issue a third advance invoice for a Capverden project with the abbreviation CAP and the number 2004. It would be the GmbH's 65th outgoing invoice.

The invoice number would then be: 2004/065/22

or format: %PROJECT_NUMBER/%NUMBER/%YY

(Very short in the letter layout and easy to find in the account statements)

However, I would like to save the file as follows: 220714_065_AR03_2004_CAP

or format: %YY%MM%TT_%NUMBER_%CUMUL_NUMBER_%PROJECT_NUMBER_%POSTFIX

(Make file storage easier, especially if you are looking for the 23th advance invoice for a specific project)

I would find it very excellent if it were possible to define the file name directly in the number groups field as above, if necessary first by checking the box in the sense of: Different file number from the invoice number, so that the settings can become more complex as required.
