With the “hour (manual)” unit, a service can be booked by default. However, projo does not draw any hours from the time journal - only the hours that are entered manually as the benefit level (comparable to other units such as day, piece, square meter, etc.) are billed. projo should display a warning here if the hours entered manually are below the number of hours booked (in the contract structure AND in the performance level+payments appendix).
