Move invoices to payment plans

The entries in the payment plans should be able to be moved via click/drop.

(Office area->Office->Payment plans->Make entries movable in individual months by clicking & dragging)

I would also prefer that you could enable individual planned invoices to be entered via the payment plan overview for projects that do not have a payment plan.
