Fix scroll bar

It would be great if the scroll bars could be fixed at the bottom of the screen in all areas.

For example, with longer project lists, you always have to go to the scroll bar at the very bottom so that you can then view the columns on the far right.

This wish has been around for a very long time;)

Another hack: hold down the shift key and then scroll with the mouse wheel (down = right, up = left). Once you get used to it, the bar at the bottom isn't really missing anymore.

Müller, Florian - we're all in on that.

Perhaps a little tip, regardless of Projo (that's why I've never noticed the missing one before) - many mice either have a scroll wheel that can also be moved right and left for horizontal scroll bars or have an extra wheel (I have a Logitech MX Master, once you've had the wheel, you won't want to miss it anymore). Perhaps useful as a “temporary solution.”
