Final invoice security deposit

The security deposit is also deducted from final invoices. Although this is correct in some cases, we do not have a button in projo that represents the two final calculation scenarios, which has already led to confusion several times.
In short: When choosing the “Deduction of benefit amount” method, there should be another button that decides whether this also applies to final invoices.

Resolve security deposit for (partial) final invoice

In projo, I can define a security deposit (SE) that is deducted from invoices. I suggest that this be differentiated into SE for advance invoices and warranty withholding (GE) for (partial) final invoices. If no GE has been agreed, the SE will no longer be deducted when marking an invoice as a “(partial) final invoice” for the (partially) final invoiced services.
The current public sector contracts for LP 1-9 provide for an SE of 5% on advance invoices, which is paid out with partial final invoices in accordance with LP 4 and LP 8. In order to display partial final invoices, you have to share the contract in Projo at the moment and then complete the split contract and manually deactivate the SE in the contract overview here, otherwise the SE's invoice marked as “final invoice” will also be deducted from projo and will therefore not be paid out. In future, it should be possible to define when the SE is withdrawn or paid out. If the AG also agrees on a GE after the final invoice, the GE must be deducted after the partial final invoice instead of the SE. An additional “nice to have” feature would be if Projo reminds you to pay out the warranty withheld after the warranty period has expired. However, since the latter is certainly more the exception for planning contracts, this is not a priority.
For the partial final invoice and payment allocation, see my other feature request from today.
