We would like a seating plan integrated into Projo, where the office is shown in a simplified floor plan and seats can be reserved on a daily basis. So far, we've only been doing this in Vectorworks for the long term and sharing a pdf.

Simon Winkler Interesting, is there an add-on for floor plan display? We also organize meeting rooms using the calendar. I would like to have a visual overview of 35 office workstations.

Michel Cordes-Motsieloa No, we don't have any floor plans, we have come up with a system (level by floor, with logical numbering) that makes the square relatively easy to find. We have presented the floor plan with a (static) overview in our office manual, but this is not necessary too often.

Michel Cordes-Motsieloa We had also solved this earlier via Vectorworks, but now we do it using Outlook resource bookings, which actually works much better than via PDF/Excel or similar (these were our previous attempts).
