I could really use “Rejected” for supplementary items;)

We have now put together a number of “status requests” collected over the past few weeks and will now develop a set of meaningful new statuses - these should also be configurable in the future.
Arne Semmler
Andreas also suggests the status “Order placed” for services - but they are not yet “running”. Accordingly, this is probably less about functionality than about better identification. This would not change projo's behavior with regard to this service. Or should services that are “commissioned” but not yet “ongoing” not yet be seen as bookable by employees?

Arne Semmler: The “order issued” or “commissioned” status of a service should serve to ensure that it is taken into account in liquidity planning and deployment planning. In the case of “on demand”, this is missing and offers a falsified image in the preview for income, etc.
Arne Semmler
Andreas Nuß: We are currently discussing internally whether the status of services and projects should be defined in the settings in a similar way as with absence types in projo. Each office could then decide for itself which additional statuses there should be and whether these mean, for example, that employees can book, the order amounts should appear in payment plans and in liquidity planning, etc. pp.
Or is that too complex to configure and is perhaps a fixed (but slightly larger) set of statuses more desirable?
Arne Semmler
I find “planned” a bit misleading, as a planner could also understand “done” by “planned” ;-). What did you think of “start without call”?
